Complex - Consisting of 200 units the Limnaria Gardens Resort is only 300m from the seafront with the beach, bars and restaurants less than a 5-minute walk. It is an award-winning resort and undoubtedly one of the best complexes in Paphos. The complex has beautiful landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including an overflow walk-in pool with a large integral jacuzzi and a children's pool. There is also a second good-sized swimming pool. All pool areas have plenty of space for sunbathing. January 2024 - The apartment met all of our expectations. It was comfortable, and everything worked well. We had a few slight problems but these were responded to and resolved very quickly. The property manager was personable and very knowledgeable about the apartment and the area. We would certainly recommend this property as it was great! We always enjoy Pinguino for breakfast and coffee and cake. The mosaics are fabulous.
December 2023 - Very good stay. Lovely place. Good selection of utensils in the kitchen.
September 2023 - Lovely little apartment, well equipped with all you need. A fantastic big balcony which gets full sun all day. The location is good, shop and some restaurants nearby and a relaxed 15 min walk to the harbour. We would definitely stay here again. The website is really easy. Regular emails with all the information required. The taxi transfer service was fantastic would use it again.
July 2023 - Cosy and well-equipped flat with nice view, well-maintained complex, great location, quiet, beautiful garden, immediate local support.
May 2023 - Lovely location. We enjoyed the time spent here. Photos are accurate. Nice view, and a beautiful terrace. I have already recommended it to my friends.
December 2022 - Spent a lovely week in this apartment. Lovely, clean apartment which had everything you could need and looked exactly like the website pictures. A few nice little Christmassy touches added which was very thoughtful. The balcony enjoyed the sun from 9am until sunset which was amazing. A leaking tap in kitchen which I hadn’t reported was replaced on the Monday with a new tap. A number of restaurants were closed at this time of year but I enjoyed lunch/dinner at Viva Cyprus, Deck Cafe, Pinguino and the Moorings which are all within easy walking distance. I would totally recommend this property to anyone and I rebooked for next December during my stay. I was travelling solo and felt very safe and secure in the apartment.
October 2022 - The position of the property in the complex is ideal. The sun shines on the balcony most of the day. There is adequate cutlery and crockery and pans in order to cater for ourselves. The Property Manager renewed the curtains during our stay. She made sure to text us the time she would visit, without disrupting our holiday. She is very friendly and approachable. We have already booked for next year and look forward to being in Cyprus once more. Favourite restaurants Michaels/Les Amis/Estia. The website is easy to book/contact - Cyprus Lettings Group are an excellent company
July 2022 - Recently returned from a week stay and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Accommodation had everything needed. Hairdryer and hair straighteners, iron + board, shopping trolley for bringing supplies like water etc back to room was really handy; AC was very good and kept the rooms very cool. Very large sun terrace which was great and gets the sun from 8am until 8pm - excellent !. Shower was very good pressure. Everything else was clean and tidy and did a job for our stay. Pool area was a great size and very well maintained with full time lifeguard. Location was very handy for small supermarkets and a few restaurants, all of which were of a decent standard and a 7 minutes walk away. We preferred to walk to the beachfront eateries which were about an 8 minutes walk away. Cafe Deck for brunch; Antasia Beach Club was nice - food was good; Anabelle restaurant was lovely for evening meal, a bit more expensive but food and service was first class. All beachfront places were all good standard and location is beautiful.

May 2022 - Lovely sunny apartment with everything we needed, we’ll definitely use it again. Jenny, the property manager was friendly and excellent. Very helpful. We’ve used Cyprus Lettings since 2014.
March 2022 - The apartment was as described and the photographs were accurate. We only saw the property manager once, who was very friendly, and we were given a phone number to contact them if we needed to. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The bedroom was a good size with ample storage and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower over the bath. The balcony was ideal with chairs and sunbeds and sun on it for most of the day. The internet access proved to be rather intermittent and dropped out quite a lot and we also had to reset it several times. The pool area was well maintained and kept very clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend this apartment. There are several restaurants and bars within a five minute walk which are very good and most with reasonable prices. We stayed here for a month and even though the weather was not the best we had a very enjoyable time. The Website is easy to use and provides lots of detail for all the properties. The booking process was very easy and we were kept well informed at every stage. Many thanks for everything.
October 2021 - This second floor apartment his is in a very desirable and convenient complex. The apartment is adequately set up for a couple. It is very handy having a washing machine when you stay for an extended period. The photos and description are accurate, and there are plenty of local good quality tavernas in the vicinity. We would certainly recommend and have indeed booked for next year. The Cyprus Lettings Group have been an extremely helpful, informative and considerate company throughout this difficult period. Excellent service- thank you all
September 2021 - We had a 10 day stay in the accommodation at the end of September. The apartment is very comfortable and is well equipped. The balcony is large and receives the sun from early morning until sunset. The complex had excellent pool facilities, and is in a great location. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and the harbour and restaurants about 15 minutes. The booking process was easy, great communication from the Cyprus Lettings Group.
